How much do you charge?
Suites range from $335 + HST for a single chair suite to $700 + HST for a triple chair suite per week.
Any additional fees?
There are no additional fees! Everything is covered by one monthly payment.
Am I allowed to suite share?
Sure! Bring an assistant, a friend, or even license out your suite! Just as long as your tenant has insurance and is complying with the proper zoning by-laws.
