The majority of our suites are designed for single operator professionals. However, in some situations individuals are able to coordinate their schedules to cost share their suite. Please inquire with the location you are interested as certain locations have a list of individuals looking to share a suite. Certain locations are designed to have two individuals working simultaneously within the same suite.
All of our suites come fully furnished with a stylist chair, sink and state of the art cabinetry. Your only start up cost will be 1 months rent, a security deposit and the responsibility to carry your own insurance. You will also need to provide your own personal equipment and supplies.
* For aestheticians, massage therapist or cosmetologist, we will provide a multipurpose bed in place of the styling chair.
